GENERAL
1. Commissions are done in order unless given a deadline
2. Prices shown are base price and don't include add ons, may have additional costs depending on complexity

Artist Rights
Artist retains ownership of the artwork, may be used for examples, advertising, and portfolio purposes
Client Rights
Client retains rights to personally use, repost, etc (credit me)Reproductive/use of artwork commercially is allowed IF COMMERCIAL/MONETIZATION FEE IS PAID Monetized content: streaming/content use: + 50% feeCommercial merchandising: Merchandise/Ads/Prints: + 200% feeREFUNDS
Refunds are not available once commission is started unless emergency, must have documentation or proof (partial refund depending on progress)
Refunds may be available after the month deadlineNo refunds after artwork is finished, it is client's responsibility to communicate any errors/dissatisfaction
